Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer satisfaction to our Gymbolt fam which is why we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Once your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped, your order is unable to be cancelled. We are not responsible for address incompletions/errors made by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gymboltblender.com. If your return is accepted and confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the price of return shipping fees. The returned item must be received within 30 days.
